You may contact the Unicon Support Team in any of the following ways:
- By opening a case through www.unicon.net by clicking the Create Support Case above. (See this KBA for the steps involved with opening and resolving cases.)
This is the best way to open cases and will result in the least delay in getting a response.
- By responding to the email of an already opened case. (See this KBA for the steps involved with opening and resolving cases.)
This is the best way to communicate about existing cases as your response will go directly to the Support Team member working on it.
- By calling Unicon Customer Support at 1-866-386-4266 (within the U.S.) or 1-801-715-5507 (outside of the U.S.)
Please note, this is only an option if your Service Level Agreement covers phone support.
- By sending an email to support@unicon.net
Please note, this method will result in the greatest delay as it must be processed manually. Do not submit issues that are above Low priority this way.
