What if the support case files are too large for email?

If you believe the file attachment is too large to attach to an email (as indicated in "How do I attach files to support cases?"), simply reply to the email and advise the support team that you have a large file that you would like to send that is relevant to the support case. They will follow up with specific instructions as to how we can get that file from you.
